Tv should have program if not don't provide the remote control clean up the water boiler

I just stay one night before trip to Singapore. Location near shopping mall (3 minute walk) and easy to get grab. If you plan to Singapore, here is best area.

On the previous night I had booked for a single room but when i went to check in, the staff told me that all the single rooms had been booked. So they had no other choice to give me other rooms (Queen Room), but before they provided me the new room, the person asked me if I was willing to cancel my booking and book again for a queen room. This situation made me confused as I was alone and of course i do not need a queen bed. Plus whose fault was this even in the first place?

staff are helpful and hotel is located in strategic location

First impression when you enter the hotel was terrible smell, room was filthy dirty (like you can see the pile of dust right on the corner of your bed, toilet was super small that I can barely fit my leg when I sit. Worse case, there was someone screaming in mid of night (not sure if the lady was drunk or in danger) and none of the staff even bother that I had to call service desk to complaint.

Strategic Location, Friendly Staff, Easy process. Responsive to feedback.

TV Too small and colour distorted from an angle Aircon Filter not regularly maintained, resulting in less than ideal temperature. Light bulb faulty when checked in. Changed immediately by staff.

Good location n good customer service.

Near town area n easy transport, mkn place n jln2.

I did not like the room. A bit small n did not do proper cleaning especially the edge of door entering toilet, drawer n table n flooring hidden area.

Location is good. Lot of food courts, grocery shops and different different shops are very close. Wifi is average. Providing bathgel and shampo is good. Price is convinient comparing to other places. Staff is okay.

Cleanliness is poor. Hotel management should think about it seriously. Because this place can be highly recommended place if they consider this. Lobby should improved. No chairs for guests. For the rooms also no chair. By simple actions this place can be improved so much.

Hope improve the cleanliness!

Its located at Jalan Wong Ah Fook, very strategic place for finding food. They give 4 pillow which my partner very love it.

The bedroom have cockroach!!!! The bedsheet and the blanket very dirty, yellow and have blood stained on it! Wonder if they got change the blanket and bedsheet or not. The room is very small.

Strategic Location in the middle of JB town, near to Pasar Karat by walking distance.

Parking sometimes hard to find as we need to find our own parking in this area.

Not worth even for 1 night

The staffa

The room was dirty, had ants and the tv is literally too small . Bed was comfortable but worried. (bed bugs etc) since the room wasnt very clean.

It is next to CS and near to pasar karat. It has both fan and aircond

The room is very small. Not suitable for muslim to perform prayer. The toilet is so small u need to squeeze in to use the wc.

simple but not comfortable

They had a very good location close to an old temple...and surrounded by markets which make everything close to you, the reception team are very helpful i forgot the lady their who was very nice and helpful.

the bathroom is very small that barley fit me to use...and there's many small ants everywhere in the bathroom...and the doors are so old which makes me feel insecure cause its not difficult to open for who know these types of doors.

Not a pleasant Hotel to stay.

The room has very strong Smoke smell, very unpleasant. The bathroom has no soap to wash your hands, they only supply bath gel and shampoo. The TV channel's run most of the time, so there's no point having a TV in the room. I seriously will never stay in this hotel, ever! It does not serve as a hotel at all.

The room stinks of cigarette smell, the TV is way to high for a 17' TV, you need a binoculars to view it from the bed, the pillows has clumps and not comfortable at all. The water cooler in the hall way, the water stinks! The whole room stinks!
